A strength and conditioning class which uses a variety of weights (weight plates, dumbbells and barbells) to build strength and tone up those muscles.
Three areas many women love to train include core, butt and thighs – and for good reason. This class specifically focuses on strengthening your lower body and core, while toning muscles and shaping the body. One of our most loved classes, you’ll be working up a sweat while working major and minor muscle groups.
In a supported and welcoming environment, improve cardio fitness, work on tone and strength, and build up core strength. Open to expecting mums and those up to 12 months postpartum. Always consult your GP or medical practitioner before undertaking exercise.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a training technique involving intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods, to intensify your workouts and results. HIIT classes involve a variety of different exercises to target major muscle groups and deliver a full-body workout.
Cycle through several exercises, targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between for maximum results in this circuit class. Circuit classes focus on building muscular strength, and improving cardio fitness and agility, and are a great way to learn new exercises.
Stretch, unwind and physically ‘let go’ in our popular restorative Yin Yoga practice. Relaxing deeply and intently into lengthy held stretches, Yin Yoga is the perfect balance to more intensive practices. Yin Yoga usually consists of a series of long-led passive floor poses and targets the deepest tissues in the body.
