Our trainers take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We analyse your body type, history, and metabolism, to create your individualised plan. We will be with you every step of the way, not just for your fitness journey but also your overall health journey.
Whether you want to work out once a month or twice a week. We have multiple classes available to attend. These women only classes are made to make you feel comfortable and confident during the whole session. Our trainers are qualified to the highest standard so any injuries or restrictions will be catered for and you will be shown alternative movements to stay involved in the class.
Our trainers are qualified with a 'Masters in Fitness Programming for Females' allowing us to make sure exercise is inclusive of gender specific programming, adapting to the menopausal cycle, fertility and menstrual cycles, hormonal disorders, as well as pre-natal and post-natal training. Making sure no matter where you are in life you can still exercise safely and effectively.
